TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

Trainee consultants at Selby Jennings Solutions will be expected to do the following:

• Review candidates received from advertising / referrals.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.Obtain job requirements from clients.
• Shortlist and present candidate to clients.
• Proactively source new clients.
• Headhunt prospective candidates.
• Collect and utilize market information.

Successful candidates will have a good academic background, but most importantly will be focused on entering a target driven environment where there is the opportunity for rapid career progression as well as significant earning potential within the first 12 months.

You must be hardworking, driven and determined with a strong aspiration to make a lot of money and a desire for success.

We are looking for talented, motivated graduates who are looking to for some real commercial experience and an insight in the world of recruitment.

An internship is an excellent way for you to gain an understanding of Selby Jennings Solutions and provides an excellent introduction to the recruitment industry as a whole.

We offer flexible internships over the summer and can accommodate holidays as well.

You will have an opportunity to work with various teams throughout the company and will work with some of the top billers in the recruitment industry providing support and taking on various projects and other tasks to gain a full understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
