Solar PV Installation Director : South Carolina, $70,000 + bonus

My client is a leading integrator of solar PV systems for the US residential markets, with a strong presence across the East Coast. Owing to high sales figures they are looking to hire an additional Installation Director to join their well-respected team of installation specialists, taking charge of solar PV installations in South Carolina for residential customers.

Responsibilities of this role will include:

· Taking orders from members of the Sales Team, ensuring systems are designed and delivered within budget and to deadline

· Working closely with colleagues to construct and connect systems to a high standard and within US regulatory requirements

· Explaining to customers how to operate the photovoltaic system and answering any technical questions they have

· Overseeing operations and maintenance (O&M)

Skills and qualifications needed:

· NABCEP qualified

· Experienced in installation of complete turnkey solar photovoltaic systems for US residential clients – at least 3 years’ experience in installing solar PV and at least 1 year of this should be in a management role

· Able/willing to live in South Carolina, with any necessary work permits for the US

· Strong appreciation of the South Carolina Renewable Energy Grant Program.

· Passion for green energy, solar PV technology and the environment

· Good customer facing skills, able to communicate complex ideas in a client friendly way
