Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in London and are looking to hire a senior auditor for their internal audit team. The role will support all treasury and trading within the front office and will have managerial oversight of a number of more junior individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery and reporting of all audits within this business area and work closely with the front office, risk management, external auditors and regulators throughout. Due to seniority the role will report to the Global Head of Corporate and Investment Banking Audit, and this individual wants to hire someone who has genuine motivations to build a strong team beneath them. The successful candidate will certainly be ACA or ACCA qualified from a big 4 firm and have a number of years PQE experience in an investment or commercial bank (preferably both but not a prerequisite).
